Jorge Figueroa is a co-founder and lead pastor of Church of the Sower.

He has expressed a burning desire to lead a church like Church of the Sower where biblical views are embraced and encouraged, with members who care about the needs of those around them and who want to connect others to the body of Christ. Jorge takes worship and preaching very seriously, spending the first hours of his day focused on prayer and Bible study.

Pastor Jorge is happily married to his wife Florence. They have two children: Gabriel and his wife Cristina, Celine, and their dog Sully.

Florence is a co-founder and Executive Pastor at Church of the Sower.

Florence makes prayer, worship and loving people the key to winning for Jesus.  She has a focused prayer life and is committed to serving in God's house,  the marketplace, and the local community.
